FAQ

Every question, answered plainly.

If you have never hired a wedding team before, start at the top. If your question is not here, ask Florence inside The House or just write to us.

01

Starting out

  • Do we need a photographer and a separate videographer?

No. We are one team that does both, and we plan the day together. You are never pulled in two directions, and the photographs and the film tell the same story.

  • We have never done this. Where do we start?

Check your date. If it is open, we set up a short call and you get your key to The House on it, so you see how we work before you commit to anything.

  • What is The House, really?

Your private place with us, from the first call to the final frame. It shows your plan, carries one conversation with Florence and the team, sends a few short questions at a time instead of a form, and holds every photograph and the film when the day is done. Every collection includes it.

  • Who is Florence?

Our assistant inside The House. She answers the simple things instantly, from your timeline to how downloads work. Anything about money, dates, or changes to your plan goes straight to your producer, and you can always ask for a person.

  • Do we have to fill out a long questionnaire?

No. Short questions arrive over the months, each with a note on why we ask. Most take a tap to answer, from the email or your phone. No forty-five-minute form the week of the wedding.

  • How far ahead should we reserve?

As soon as you have a date. We photograph one wedding a day, and popular Saturdays go first. Checking your date takes a minute.

02

The day

  • What is live photography?

During the day, photographs reach a shared link and a QR code at the venue, as it happens. Your guests see the day before dessert, and the family who could not travel sees it that night.

  • What is the guest podcast?

A microphone in a quiet corner where guests leave the stories they would never say in a toast. You receive every recording, and the best of it finds its way into your film.

  • Who from the team will be at our wedding?

That depends on your collection. Your producer confirms the exact team in wedding week, and you see their names in The House before the day.

  • What happens if it rains?

We plan for it with your venue's rain plan well ahead of the day, and we ask you about it in the months before. Some of our favorite photographs happened under umbrellas.

  • Do you travel?

Yes. We are based in Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg and travel for destination celebrations. Your producer walks you through how travel is handled for your date.

03

After the day

  • When do we get our photographs and film?

Three moments. Live photos reach your phones during the reception. The next morning you receive a curated set of highlights and a short reel. Within one week your full gallery and your feature film are finished and in your Collection.

  • How many photographs will we receive?

Most couples receive between six hundred and two thousand finished photographs, depending on coverage and the length of the day. Every one is edited. We do not pad the gallery.

  • How long is the film?

Your feature film runs five to ten minutes, built around your vows, toasts, and the moments you told us matter most. You also receive a short reel the morning after.

  • Can we share everything on social media?

Yes. Everything in your Collection is yours to download and share. A tag is always appreciated and never required.

04

Money

  • What does it cost?

Collections start at $3,900. Every price is on the pricing page, with what each collection includes in plain words.

  • When do we pay?

A deposit reserves your date, signed and paid inside The House in one step. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding, by card or bank.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit holds a date we then turn others away from, so it is not refundable. If you need to move your date, tell us as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to move with you.
